+How many lights do I need for my area?
The most important aspect of Arena Lighting is Safety. It is our responsibility to ensure you
can ride around your arena safely at night and so we have a page dedicated to answering this

+What is the life span on your solar flood lights?
We only use the best quality materials for our lights. The LEDs are designed to last for 50,000
hours and the batteries for 1000 charge/discharges. This means that if you use the battery
every day it will last 3 years, twice a week it will last longer.
+What size poles do you recommend for lighting my arena?
We use and recommend 6.5m Long Galvanised poles for our Arena Lights. They are readily
available and are easy to work with. Please also check with your local council regarding
mounting lights at your property as some councils restrict the height lights can be before
requiring a permit.
+What lights do you recommend for my horse stable?
Our Horse Stable kits are setup specifically for your standard 4x4m stables. Each LED strip
will easily light this size and minimize coat growth during winter. Choose the Stable kit by
selecting how many stables you have and the maximum light run time each day.
+Can I run a water pump for washing my horses. Can I do this?
Yes absolutely. We have done this for many customers and the results are excellent. Our
standard kits do need to be reconfigured to handle the extra power used. Please contact us for
a quote and more information.
+I would like to run some hair trimmers and a kettle from my solar kit. Can I do this?
Yes you can. We can supply a 240V invertor to suit your solar setup. This will power Hair
trimmers, Kettles, radios etc. We also have them available for powering pumps and bigger
items. Please contact us for more information.
+Do you install at all?
Yes we do installations for all our products in Victoria. If you require some information about
installations in other states please contact us.
+Can I install your lights myself?
Yes you can. All of our solar products are low voltage meaning you can safely install them
yourself without risk of electrocution.
+What are IP ratings?
IP stands for International Protection Code. It gives buyers an idea on how water and dust proof the product is before they buy it.
Unfortunately a lot of sellers just guess the IP rating to make their product look good. Please don't be tricked and buy cheaper products claiming to have a high IP rating.
So what are my products?
- The LED strips as they come with Bare Wires have an rating of IP65. An IP65 rating means they are completely dust proof and can withstand being sprayed with water (just like rainfall) for 15 min without any harmful effects.
- My Waterproof Twist Lock connectors by themselves have an IP68 rating meaning they are completely dust proof and can be submerged to a depth of 1M or more with no water ingress or harmful effects caused by water.
- When the Waterproof Twist Lock connectors and LED strips are combined they have a rating of IP67. IP67 means they are totally dust proof and can be submerged up to 1m for 15minutes without any harmful effects.
I don't recommend my lights be used for under water uses such as fish tank lighting. For this you will need an IP68 rating for the LED strip and wiring.
+Order Processing Times
The majority of our products will be sent on the next Business day if they are in stock. Some of our products such as our Popular Solar Stable kits are assembled and tested fully before being shipped. Due to this these kits normally take a few days longer before they are sent. We would prefer to take a few days extra and make sure your items are performing at the highest standard they are known for than to send them untested and risk any problems.
Products that have longer processing times will have it mentioned at the bottom of the description to make sure you are aware of this before ordering.

Shipping Times vary depending on your location.
For Metropolitan areas most orders will arrive within 2-3 days. For regional areas it can be longer depending on the location they are going to. On average regional parcels take 3-5 days to arrive.
We ship out orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you require your order
urgently please contact us before ordering and we can ensure you will get it as quickly as
possible.
+Disclaimer and Warranty
Uneek LEDs Warrants each new product sold to be free from defects in material, workmanship and construction, when used in accordance with instructions for a period of 1 year after the date of manufacture.
This warranty does not apply to fixtures or goods which are misused, abused or damaged from installation, livestock accidents or unintended livestock misuse, or not used in accordance with instructions.
Normal wear of equipment or goods, unusual weather conditions or unusual livestock behaviour causing damage are not included in this warranty.
The seller's sole liability under this warranty shall be limited to either replacing or repairing without charge at the sellers earliest convenience. The seller shall in no event be liable for any other direct or any special indirect or consequential damages or injury to human or animal of any kind under the contract or otherwise. The warranties of the seller do not cover, and the seller makes no warranty with the respect to any defect, failure, deficiency, or error which include but are not limited to (a) not timely reported to seller; (b) Due to misapplication, modification, disassembly, abnormal conditions or temperature/weather, dirt or corrosive matter, behaviour of horse causing damage or (c) Due to operation, either intentional or otherwise, tampering, self assembling or self repair. (d) Incorrect Installation by buyer.
Any warranty claims must be returned to Uneek LEDs at the cost of the Buyer. Return shipping to Buyer will be at Sellers cost. If examination by Uneek LEDs discloses that the fixture has defective components, then Uneek LEDs obligation is limited to repair or replacement, at Uneek LEDs option, of the defective components.
Uneek LEDs is not responsible for fixtures which have been subject to misuse, alteration, accident or for repairs not performed by Uneek LEDs and additional charges may be incurred by the buyer for diagnostic and/or repair functions performed by Uneek LED staff.
Uneek LEDs shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from any breach of warranty.
